At Run Trails, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your next adventure. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your clean, unworn gear back into its original box and include all original tags and documentation to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse team has inspected your items and issued your refund.
